Integrated Family Sleep™ is an inclusive, non-judgemental, family-centred approach to supporting both children's and parents' sleep that recognises individuality and parents' own expertise and resourcefulness. Developed by Patricia Flynn based on her decades of clinical experience, her peer-reviewed research and, most importantly, the perspectives and experiences of international parents with a view to achieving lasting and meaningful outcomes.
The first step to getting sleep support is booking a free introductory, no-obligation zoom call to allow us to explore whether the Integrated Family Sleep™ approach fits your family's current needs.
This first consultation includes in-depth and holistic discussion and evaluation of your child(ren)'s and family sleep patterns and issues, identification of your priorities, and individualised goal setting and sleep planning. This session lasts approximately 60min and costs €150
This first steps of your personalised Integrated Family Sleep™ Plan will be formulated with you during this first session based on the information gathered in your first session. Your Integrated Family Sleep™ Plan is based on so much more than just your child's age and will draw from a wide range of sleep support strategies based on your family's needs, strengths, and experiences. This session lasts approximately 60min and costs €150
Following your first and second Integrated Family Sleep™ consultations, you have the option to avail of up to two 15min check-in calls to ask any questions that arise, problem-solve, or report success within the subsequent two weeks. These short check-ins are included in the cost of your first and second consultation.
In order to formulate the next steps in your Integrated Family Sleep™ plan, you might wish to schedule a 30min a follow-up consultation. These follow-up consultations can be used
...or to address any other family support needs that arise.
